About The Chef: A 1996 Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Egan has worked in some of the finest restaurants in North America including the prestigious Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island, Florida. Since re-locating to North Carolina Chef Egan has catered several events including a fund raiser event for Elizabeth Dole. He has also worked at several local fine dining restaurants.
